Their estimated timing was also spot on as was their advice on product like door lifters.

The product as installed is excellent. Cannot find any imperfections with the quality of the door and the ancillary equipment like rails and wheels. The service technician was thorough, answering any queries I had during the installation, including upkeep service advice.

Thank you for leaving my garage and driveway as clean as it was found. Also thank you for showing me how to change the battery I the key pad. The cover was very difficult to remove. The door looks beautiful and runs smoothly.

Took a while to get them in but installation was prompt and when a small glitch came up with the weatherstrip it was taken care of-would recommend to others.

Gord was our installer. He did a great job. He took the old door away. He was finished under 4hours. He made sure the door would not smash the ceiling light upon opening. He trimmed the rails so they… Read more Gord was our installer. He did a great job. He took the old door away. He was finished under 4hours. He made sure the door would not smash the ceiling light upon opening. He trimmed the rails so they did not block the hatch to the attic. Everything was tidy when he left. Door opens and closes easily by hand due to tension spring well set above the door. Thanks Gord!
