Everyone that we dealt with were super friendly and professional. The only disappointment is with the fact that no one at either company we have dealt with in the past 2 years suggested to us that we could replace just the broken panel and not the whole garage door. It wasn't until I asked the installer (at that point it was too late) was it ever it discussed. I wish someone at some point in the process had suggested we didn't need to buy a whole new door and saved ourselves some $$
