Peninsula Garage Doors came after I installed a new garage door motor, didn’t work very good after I installed it. Fixed it for me, should’ve of bought the new motor from them and had them install it. Great service, one of the cables broke couple of years later, l didn’t mess with it that called Peninsula Garage Doors to come and repair it, showed up the same day I called for repairs. 5 stars all the way.

Though I did not meet with Gord throughout the job, he was very punctual and fixed my garage door issues. Penn garage doors returned my call promptly and booked me right away, which got me back to using my garage,ASAP. I would highly recommend this company as I have used them in the past and will continue to do so in the future, as well. You really can't go wrong with this established company.

I called when my garage door wouldn’t close. I got good advice over the phone to address the problem. A repair person came the next day to fix the door. The repair happened on time, the person was very pleasant and fast. The invoice was very reasonable. It was an excellent service experience.

I needed a garage door opener installed. When I called I was given a quote based on my needs, and an appointment for the installation within a few days. The technician arrived on time, was courteous and finished the job and cleaned everything up and then explained all of the functions, etc. I was very pleased with the process.

Due to a very important person going on vacation, my little job got overlooked. When I messages late at night, and after hours, the response was almost immediate. However, that request got lost because a very important person was on holidays. I contacted them again after hours, and was immediately told someone would be there first thing in the morning. They were, he was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and completed the job before 08:00. The best customer service, and it’s acceptable when the challenges are honestly explained to you, hopefully she doesn’t go on vacation again!
