I didn't notice any evidence of lubrication on the hinges or roller bearings. shouldn't they be lubricated at installation?

We really liked the quality of the doors so called them this year to install one large roll up and two regular garage doors on the garage . We were not disappointed. Great quality and workmanship. The salesman showed up on day specified and they were installed very close to estimated date.
