The spring on my garage door snapped and I emailed Pen.OHdoors.
Got a call the next morning and they were able to send a tech and parts within 15-20mins as they had a driver in the area. Door was fixed within 1/2 hour. Very pleasant to work with and would HIGHLY recommend this company and would use them again.
